Promax, Progain, Cyclone, Promax Meal,Promax Diet, Recovermax and Viper are highperformance foods and will only be refunded on apro-rata basis to reflect used product, ie: if youconsume the half the tub, you will be given halfthe refund. However, if after the first few (1-3scoops), you don't like the way the product tastesor mixes, we will offer you a full refund (subject toclauses 4 and 6 below.)
  2. If you take advantage of our 'buy 3 products &get one free' deal, this does not mean this is aclever way to keep the free product, by returningthe others for a refund. If however you aregenuinely not happy with the product, you will beoffered a refund based on the products returned.Therefore if all 3 bottles + free ones are returned,a full refund will be offered (subject to clauses 1,4and 6). However if just 2 bottles are returned fromthe 3+1 free deal, you will be refunded aproportion of the total cost of your order.Please ensure that you don't break the seal and/orremove a few capsules/servings from each bottle, asif you do, only the sealed bottles will be refunded.
  3. Refunds can only be honoured if orderedthrough our mail order department or through theMaximuscle.com website. Maximuscle stockistsare not obliged to offer the same service.
  4. If the fault does not lie with Maximuscle, a £5fee to cover Postage and packing will be deductedfrom all refunds.
  5. Any products that are returned automaticallydue to not being collected from the Parcel Forceor Royal Mail depot will be subject to a restockingand sending surcharge. The same goes for ordersrefused on delivery, ordered by mistake, changeof mind and doctors recommendation not to takethem. (If in doubt, please check with your doctorbefore ordering.)
  6. Refunds can only be given for productsreceived by us within 40 days from receipt oforder and only if we have the packaging and anyremaining content returned to us. You may ask forproducts to be exchanged. However, exchangeswill not be further exchanged or refunded.Products that are out of date will not be refunded.
  7. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns,caused by your choice of carrier. We thereforerecommend you send your goods back via arecorded, special or proof of delivery service.

  9. Sports nutrition products only work when taken inconjunction with a weekly training routine. Sitting onyour butt watching TV will not produce results.
  10. If products are not taken correctly, you willnot be offered a refund; e.g: taking 1 capsuleevery few days whenever you feel like it, is nottaking it correctly.
